Monday Night Lights: TSU Carnival Edition

Last Monday, September 30, 2024, the second day of H.O.T 97, the 97th annual homecoming, Texas Southern University threw a massive carnival that included all sorts of rides and games, a live DJ, and food. Students were in amazement at all the fair rides and games, which included a zipline, mechanical bull, bungee jump, surfboard riding, rock climbing wall, laser tag, and a meltdown game in which a person is on a trampoline but must jump and duck to avoid the giant spinning rods. The DJ kept the crowd on their feet, playing all sorts of line dances and exciting the crowd. This fun-filled event lasted for a couple of hours, and it’s safe to say the tigers enjoyed themselves.
